• Execute the function of general factory manager
• Accept final responsiblity for P&L and budget control
• Manage the factory middle management team and the factory workers
• Supervise, control and optimise the administration, the reception of goods and production process, the cold storage, the maintenance of the factory and its logistics, the raw material and utilities consumption etc.
• Guide the quality department, in order to discipline the sampling procedures and maintain/improve the organic, HACCP and necessary other quality systems and regulations, to ensure that product specifications meet USA/EU/Japan organic and other quality laws, rules and regulations
• Prepare for future extensions
• And fulfil all other necessary tasks falling under the general factory management function

Requirements:

• A university-level food processing and/or engineering education
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable factory management function, with proven excellent knowledge of frozen fruit production techniques, quality control and technical improvement, etc.
• Excellent analytical, communication, reporting and management skills
• Excellent English skills
