Responsibilities:
reports directly to the General Manager
supervises a sales team of 10 people (sales, marketing and back office)
is responsible for a sales turnover of €10 million, with the main goal to maintain the large market share and fend off the competition
is expected to expand sales through the development of export markets and targeting new market segments
is responsible for the territory: Serbia, and export markets of Macedonia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Albania, and Bulgaria
Other responsibilities:
· Draw up the sales budget and define the appropriate action plan.
· Follow-up of results and check them with well defined targets
· Develop contacts with municipalities and the local government
· Manage the network of sales people. Motivate the colleagues to ensure the company’s sales.
· Coaches his staff by giving them clear targets and checks this by the results
· Serve existing accounts and actively prospect for new business
· Analyses the market evolutions and detect opportunities.
· Acquire and maintain complete knowledge of the company’s range of products, features and benefits of those products and services that the company can offer. Proactive actions required

Requirements:

At least three years of management experience
University degree a must (Engineering degree preferred)
Communication and presentation skills
Technical skills: must have a technical background
Language skills: English (preferred)

Extensive travel within Serbia as well as to export markets is required
